HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1708 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Section 115 CPC, is filed challenging the orders dated 23.12.2016 in I.A.No.37 of 2013 in O.S.No.984 of 2009 on the file of the Court of V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of appeal.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of appeal. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. Registry is directed to return the papers to the petitioners.
