THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.3513 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in disengaging the services of the petitioner vide Proc.No.01/227(1)/2003-MDN, dated 07.10.2003 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner with effect from 21.10.2001 and to pass such other necessary orders.

Both counsels present. Sr i N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C. submitted that the services of the petitioner were regularized long back.

In view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
