This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the order dated 06.12.2013 in Crl.M.P. No.1739 of 2013 in C.C. No.267 of 2010 on the file of the court of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District and consequently allow Crl.M.P. No.1739 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the criminal petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.
