This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking quashment of C.C.No.598 of 2013 on the file of the learned XXIV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioner and the same is recorded and the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this case.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
