Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2. Petitioners' assail the show cause notice dt.26-03issued by the 2nd respondent proposing cancellation of the assignment in exercise of power under Section 166-B of A.P. (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli.

Learned counsel for petitioners states that the petitioners had already submitted their explanation thereto on 20-04-2016 and that the matter is pending before the 2nd respondent.

In this view of the mater, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider petitioners' explanation to the above show cause notice and pass a reasoned order within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to petitioners.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions of either parties.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if
