Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the dispute in this Writ Petition has been settled before the Lok Adalat, Puttur, Chittoor District. A copy of the Award dt.25-06-2016 in A.S.No.38 of 2015 arose out of O.S.No.101 of 2007 between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents is also placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of Award dt.25-06-2016 of the Lok Adalat, Puttur, Chittoor District, referred to above. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
