This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the action of the respondents 2, 3 and 4 in not issuing hall ticket to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, both counsel submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
