The writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 11.10.2008, passed by the 3rd respondent-Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner-society submits that the relief claimed by the petitionersociety in the writ petition stands granted by the 3rd respondentDeputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
