THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY SECOND APPEAL No.1573 of 2011 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC, by the plaintiffs, assailing the decree and judgment dated 11.8.2011 in A.S.No.06 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, wherein and whereby the decree and judgment dated 17.8.2005 in O.S.No.348 of 2001 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gurazala, dismissing the suit for declaration, was confirmed.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that during pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat, vide Award dated 08.9.2018. The submission is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the second appeal is disposed of, in terms of the Award dated 08.9.2018. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
