I have perused the prayer and the order, dated 29.09.2008, passed in WPMP No.27777 of 2008. Having regard thereto, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. In the circumstances, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly.
