O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 submits that charge sheet has not been filed within the statutory period and therefore, the case of the petitioners may be considered for bail. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I am not inclined to pass any order. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the trial court for grant of bail. I hereby make it clear that on filing of an application for bail, if charge sheet has not been filed within the statutory period, the trial court shall consider the application and pass order as per law. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
