THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 699 of 2017 ORDER:

` This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.1 in continuing criminal proceedings against the petitioner pursuant to the registration of F.I.R.No.250 of 2016, dated 19.11.2016.

This Court by order, dated 05.01.2017, directed respondent No.1 to continue the investigation without arresting the petitioner. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been attending the investigation and she was reinstated by the Department pursuant to the stay order passed by this Court in WPMP No.46125 of 2016 in W.P.No.37432 of 2016 and is continuing in service.

In the circumstances, in view of the pendency of investigation, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation process and respondent No.1 shall continue the same without arresting the petitioner. If the Investigating Officer finds that there is no evidence to proceed against the petitioner, he shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J Dt:20.03.2017 kdl
