There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. As a matter of fact, even on 05.10.2018, there was no representation and the matter is posted to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. From this, it appears that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
