There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 11.12.2018. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. However, learned counsel for petitioner appeared on 12.12.2018 and sought time. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the same caption on 19.12.2018. Today when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
