THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.24716 OF 2018 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice A.Rajasheker Reddy} This Court, as per the order dated 13.07.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018, granted interim direction.

Now, learned Special Government Pleader submits that the Writ Petition itself can be disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 13.07.2018.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner without following due process of law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
