HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI Crl.R.C.No.1405 of 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to set aside order dated 02.7.2015 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in Crl.M.P.No.44 of 2014 in M.C.No.300 of 2013 (Now M.C.No.300 of 2013 is transferred and pending before the learned III Additional Family Court-cum-XVI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Malkajgiri).

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contents of the letter dated 09.12.2019 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Revision Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

4.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
