THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6537 of 2012 ORDER:

Dr. P.B. Vijaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter dated 23.01.2017, before the Registrar (Judicial), stating as follows:

"....CRP No.6537 /2012 is filed against the Order dt.31.12.2012 in I.A.No.518/2012 in O.S.No.24/2003 on the file of Senior civil Judge, Narsipatnam directing issuance of witness summon to Sri Ganapathi Raju Narsimha Murthy Raju. Since the said witness died on 02.10.2016, CRP itself becomes infructuous and is being withdrawn."

This request is also reiterated in the Court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
