This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 under section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 on bail in Crime No. 57 of 2016 of Narsipatnam Rural Police Station, Visakhapatnam district, registered for the offences under section 20 [b] [2] [c] read with section 8 [c] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Sri T. Tejeswara Rao, Learned counsel for the petitioners/A-1 and A-2 seek permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.
