O R D E R

This writ petition is directed against the inaction on the part of the registration

authorities in receiving and processing the document presented by the petitioner in respect of house property situated in T.S.No.162/2 of Salur Village and Mandal, Vizianagarm District.

Such refusal by the registration authorities in respect of the land in the very same survey number fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.Nos.23634 of 2012 and 12481 of 2014. The order dated 23.04.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12481 of 2014 is placed on record.

In terms of the said order and for reasons alike as were mentioned therein, the writ petition is disposed directing the Sub-Registrar, Salur, to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject land. In the event the said document is found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Sub-Registrar shall complete the registration formalities and release the document in accordance with the due procedure. However, if the Sub-Registrar is of the opinion that the document presented for registration warrants denial, he shall pass orders in writing indicating the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
