HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2906 of 2008 ORDER:

This Court granted interim order on 14-02-2008. Counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel basing on the counter affidavit states that since the post for which the petitioner is seeking regularization is meant for 'Scheduled Caste' candidate, they could not consider the case of the petitioner and that the petitioner was informed of the same vide proceedings in Rc.No.67/SPF/2008, dated 09-04-2008. Since, the interim prayer and the main prayer is for consideration of petitioner's case and already the respondents passed orders, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 09-04-2008, if he feels aggrieved. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
