The Contempt Case is Iiled seeking punishment to the respondent under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Court Act' I t for violation and wilful disobedience in implementation of the interim order of this Court dated 18'08'2023 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.224O6 of 2023 and to pass such other order or orders.

This Court, uide order dated 18'08 2023 passed in W.P.No.29865 of 2022, granted interim suspension of the impugned order dated 19.06 '2023 and the said order was extendedfromtimetotime.Astherespondentsareviolating the order of this Court, the present Contempt Case has been fi.led.

Learned counsel appearing for contemnor submitted that the order of this Court has been complied u'ith and furnished a copy of the memo dated 18' 12 '2023 posting the petitioners as Senior Assistants in the existing vacancies' 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners also confirmed the said submission.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
