Petitioner claims that he was appointed as Filed Assistant in the year 2006 and worked till 30.04.2016 without any interruption and to the satisfaction of his superior officers. The grievance of the petitioner is that from 01.05.2016, he is not allowed to perform duty, though no written orders are served on him and no reasons are assigned as to why he is not allowed to perform his duty. Ventilating his grievance, the petitioner submitted several representations, but so far no reply is furnished to him. 2.

Learned Special Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner himself abstained from duty from April, 2016 and therefore the question of termination of his services does not arise.

Since there are rival claims, this Court is not inclined to enter into the dispute, at this stage. Suffice to note that since the petitioner submitted several representations, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Project Director, DRDA, Chittoor District, the 3rd respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in his representations, dated 06.08.2016 and 16.10.2016, and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning due reasons in support of his decision, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
