For the present, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer since the petitioner has already filed O.S.No.29 of 2017 in the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Podili, Prakasam District, and requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition to avail the remedies against either survey conducted by respondents 1 to 6 or civil dispute against 9th respondent. The statement is placed on record.
