HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION No.24884 of 2018 Order : (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) We have gone through the Writ petition.

We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on certain aspects. We find that in the interest of the petitioner, the High Court and the High Court premises, it is appropriate that the contents of this Writ Petition are brought to the notice of the Chief Justice on the administrative side by the 1st respondent for such consideration, as may be found appropriate at that end.

We preserve the right of the petitioner to seek any relief, as may be found necessary, in accordance with law, after a period of eight weeks.

The Writ Petition is closed leaving open all contentions. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
