Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in not initiating any investigation pursuant to the Complaint dated 08.09.2017 made by the 1st petitioner, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) would place before this Court a copy of the First Information Report from which it is clear that FIR No.194 of 2017 was registered on 13.09.2017 on the file of Punganur Police Station, Chittoor District for the offences under Sections 420, 352, 506 read with 34 IPC.

Since the complaint has now been registered, respondent No.3 shall cause investigation forthwith, and file a report under Section 173(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code at the earliest.
