The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent-Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda, in not taking action in pursuance of the complaint made by the petitioner dated 05.03.2019 and not registering the FIR or causing enquiry, as being illegal and arbitrary. Heard Sri V. Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents 1 to 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 02.01.

2020, submits that the said complaint of the petitioner was forwarded to the 3rd respondent-Station House Officer, Mahila police Station, Nalgonda, through proper channel and the 3rd respondent authority on receipt of the complaint, made GD entry and called the parents of the petitioner's son-in-law and enquired about the issue. As the enquiry revealed that the issue complained is relating to the matrimonial issue, the authorities closed the matter as civil in nature and in this regard, a notice was issued to the petitioner on 21.12.2019 informing that the matter is civil in nature and advised to approach the concerned Court for remedy. A copy of the written instructions along with notice served to the petitioner has been placed on the record of this Court.

Having regard to the fact that a notice has been issued to the petitioner informing the action taken on the complaint, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition except observing that it is open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to avail remedies in accordance with the law, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said notice. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________ T. VINOD KUMAR, J Date: 20.01.2020 Isn
