HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8285 of 2015 O R D E R :

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner-accused is acquitted on 17.12.2015 in S.C.No.213 of 2015 by the learned V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, (Mahila Court), Hyderabad. In support of his submission, he produced before this Court the letter addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police concerned.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
