The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the fifth respondent in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.09.2019, sent by registered post on 05.11.2019, against respondents 6 to 11, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 19.12.2019, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.237 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 read with Section 34IPC on the file of the fifth respondent, against respondents 6 to 11, on 19.12.2019. Copies of the above written instructions and the FIR are placed on record of this Court.

Having regard to the above submissions, since a case has been registered, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. 5.
