The case of the petitioners in the present writ petition is that the respondent authorities are auctioning the property belonging to the third party showing the same as the property of the petitioners herein in the auction to be held on 04.04.3016 vide E.P.No.43/2015-2016. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt.Bobba Vijayalaxmi, learned counsel for the third respondent. 3.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners the said property belongs to their son. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent bank that the son of the petitioners has already filed a claim petition in E.P.No.43/2015/2016 before the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Rajahmundry, claiming the property. In the considered opinion of this Court the petitioners herein are not aggrieved parties who can maintain the present writ petition. 4.

For the aforesaid reason, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
