THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.5091 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioner/ accused in Crime No.442 of 2015 of Sanathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District registered for the offences punishable under Section 442 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly stated that the matter was referred as "LACK OF EVIDENCE", and hence, the cause in the present criminal petition no longer survives and has become infructuous. Recording the same, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
