HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 4261 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.11.2016.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions submits that on the complaint of Smt. Thadem Mahaeswari Goud, a case in Crime No. 630/2016 was registered on 15.11.2016, but the complaint of the petitioner was not received so far.

In view of the same, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the concerned Police Station on 13.3.2017 and lodge a complaint, if the petitioner wishes, and on receipt of the same, the Police are directed to take necessary action in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
