I.A.No.1 OF 2026 A Letter of the Chairman, LRAT-cum-II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, dated 11.12.2025 has been placed before us where the concerned Judicial Officer has requested for an extension of time of six weeks for disposing of I.A.No.734 of 2024 in O.S.No.416 of 2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1/plaintiff submits that the appellants/defendant Nos.1 and 2 are taking time to argue the said I.A.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellants assures the Court that they will complete their arguments by 30.01.2026.
