Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in not releasing water for the second crop in respect of Acs.16000.00 cents, situated in Indupur and eight other villages, which are being irrigated by Alluru Tank Supply Channel of SPSR Nellore District, as

illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.Bobbili Srinivas, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that due to efflux of time, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The above submission of the learned Counsl for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
