Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the writ petitioner has already filed O.P. under Section 23 of the A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001 before competent authority, pursuant to which he does not wish to pursue the matter in the writ petition.

Recording the statement made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the writ petitioner to raise all his contentions as raised herein in the O.P. filed by him before competent authority. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
