This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/accused No.l, seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in the event of his arrest in connection with I \ F.I.R.No.654 of 2025 of Police Station Banjara Hills, \ Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 125 (a) of the BNS.

Heard Mr. Mohd. Fasiudin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State.

Leeuned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a notice under Section 4l-A of Cr.P.C. has already been issued.

In the circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the Investigating Oflicer is directed to follow the guidelines formulated by the Apex Court in
Arnesh Kunar u. State oJ Bihorr scrupulously and shall consider the explanation offered by the petitioner and complete the investigatiqn in accordance with law. b.
