O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G.Chandraiah) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for brevity "the Tribunal") to dispose of O.A.No. 5774 of 2015 within time-bound programme.

The Tribunal, by order dated 07.10.2015 passed in O.A.No. 5774 of 2015, while admitting the application ordered notice to the respondents returnable in six weeks.

By virtue of the impugned order, notices have to be served on the respondents, and on service of such notices, appearance has to be made on their behalf and defence has to be taken in due course, and the entire process requires sometime, as such, no relief as sought for by the petitioner can be granted at this juncture. Therefore, do not see any reason to interfere with the order of notice passed by the Tribunal.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed at the admission stage. No order as to costs.
