CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.19073 of 2017 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.19073 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus for production of one K.S.Mahaboob Ali, S/o.K.S.Abdul Kareem Saheb (hereinafter referred to as "the detenu") before the Court. At the hearing, Mr.Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing this writ petition, the alleged detenu has been formally arrested and sent for judicial remand. In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, without prejudice to the right of the writ petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies, if he is illegally detained and ill-treated by respondent No.3.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.23233 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
