THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1771 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Home Services informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14593 of 2019, dt.05.08.2019, the case of the petitioner was considered vide order dated 28.01.2020 and paid gratuity to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the considered view that since the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14593 of 2019 dated 05.08.2019 has been complied with, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
