O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Amberpet Police Station, Hyderabad, is not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 12.06.2018.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent stating that on receipt of the complaint of the petitioner through proper channel, 3rd respondent made entry in the Station General Diary and enquired into as per the guidelines laid down by Apex Court in LALITA KUMARI v. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH1, and the petitioner was advised to approach the competent court of law for seeking redressal and to that effect, letter dated 2.7.2018 was communicated to the petitioner. Along with the written instructions, copy of the letter dated 2.7.2018 served on the petitioner is filed.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
