III Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad requested this Court through letter dated 19.10.2022 to extend the time for disposal of DVC No.236 of 2012 pursuant to the order dated 14.09.2022.

During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing upon the information available from e-Courts submitted that the parties settled the matter before the trial Court in DVC No.236 of 2012 on 30.08.2023.

In view of the above said submission, cause in the present application does not survive.

Accordingly, I.A.No.3 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous.
