HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 25765 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the proceedings dated 19.11.2009, whereby the petitioner was surrendered to the Managing Director, APEWIDC, Hyderabad, on administrative grounds and directed to approach the Managing Director, APEWIDC, Hyderabad, for further postings, as illegal and arbitrary. While admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings vide order dated 26.11.2009 in WPMP No.33555 of 2009.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
