ORDER

The present criminal revision case is directed against the order dated 24.02.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.616 of 2012 in M.C.No.187 of 2011 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada.

2. Heard both sides.

3. During the pendency of M.C.No.187 of 2011, the trial Court granted interim monthly allowance of Rs.10,000/-per month commencing from October, 2012, to the second respondent and payable by the petitioner on or before 10th of every month until further orders vide order dated 18.10.2012. Though the said order is subsisting, the second respondent filed the impugned application seeking to grant interim monthly allowance of Rs.50,000/-. By the order impugned, the trial Court directed the petitioner to pay interim monthly allowance as already granted by the said Court. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present revision.

4. Since it is represented that the trial of the maintenance case has already been completed and the matter is ripe for disposal, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, directing the trial Court to dispose of M.C.187 of 2011 within a period of two months from today. Till such time, interim stay granted by this Court shall

continue.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
