This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.433 of 2018 on the file of Golkonda Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered against the petitioners/accused for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
