THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6119 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking grant of bail in connection with crime No.51 of 2015 on the file of the P.S., Wanaparthy (Rural), Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 201 IPC.

Heard.

The allegation against the petitioner/A.1 is that he along with the other accused took away the deceased on the pretext of coolie work and brutally killed and set fire to the dead body of the deceased by pouring petrol allegedly for her adamant attitude towards them and her failure to return the amount said to have been taken by her from A.1, with whom she is associated for a period of twenty days prior to the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 submits that the petitioner has not committed the offence alleged against him and that the petitioner is a law abiding citizen and is ready to comply with any of the conditions that may be imposed while granting anticipatory bail. On perusing the complaint and orders of the Court below in dismissing the bail applications, this Court is of the view that it is a brutal murder and as such, is not inclined to grant bail.
