KS,J 08.11.2022 I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed by the petitionerAccused seeking to relax the condition No.ii imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.8266 of 2022 on 21.09.2022 while granting bail to the petitioner-Accused that after release he shall appear before the concerned Court every day.

Learned Counsel for petitioner-Accused submits that eversince the date of order, the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court.

Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the condition No.ii imposed upon the petitioner-Accused in Crl.Petition No.8266 of 2022 on 21.09.2022, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. However, petitioner-Accused shall appear before the concerned Court on every date of hearing without fail.

Accordingly, IA is ordered.
