THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.721 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

Pursuant to a settlement arrived at between the parties, the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad passed the following award on 21.07.2010. 1) S r i T.S.N.Murthy, learned counsel for petitioner/ appellant/accused and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for respondent/complainant are present. The parties also present before the Lok-Adalat.

2) That the complainant Sri Tadi Seshareddy, Managing Partner of M/s.P.S.R.Poultries has received the entire amount due from the petitioner Sri P.Srihari Raju, Managing Partner of M/s.Gowthami Eggs, Tanuku and no further claim is pending.

3) That the complainant agreed to withdraw the complaint made by him, which is the subject matter of the above Crl.R.C. and therefore the Criminal Revision Case is disposed and the petitioner is acquitted in terms of compromise.

4) That with regard to this case, there are no claims to be made between each party.

In view of the award dated 21.07.2010 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the award. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed.
