HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 5479 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Revenue, Government Pleader for Home, Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development and Smt. N.Sasikala, Standing Counsel for Railways.

The principal grievance of the petitioner is that respondents are not considering the representation dated 07.01.2015 stated to have been filed against the acquisition of land for construction of Rail Over Bridge near Sy.No.79 of Kyatanpally village, M.Mandamarri Mandal, Adilabad District.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the issue of acquisition of land is at the stage of DN and enquiry by DD is under way. The respondents it is stated will consider the representation and take appropriate decision in accordance with

law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to look into the representation dated 07.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders while considering issue of draft declaration. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
