This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.1, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.163 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Penumantra Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 406, 408, 409 and 420 read with 34 of IPC.
