Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after contempt case has been filed, the order of this Court, which is the subject matter of the contempt petition, has been complied with and, therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in the contempt case. 2.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
