HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT APPEAL No.961 of 2018 Judgment: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) We have heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent-writ petitioners. 2.

The appeal is against the order, by which, the learned Single Judge has refused to vacate the interlocutory order issued in favour of the writ petitioners earlier.

3.

We have perused the impugned order and have considered the submissions on behalf of the appellant-Government and its Officers. 4.

The impugned order discloses reasons as to why the learned Single Judge has refused to vacate the earlier interlocutory order. It also discloses fair application of mind by the learned Single Judge on the facts and circumstances of the case. The impugned order has been rendered in exercise of discretion. We do not find any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error warranting interference through an intra-Court appeal under Letters Patent in the matter. 5.

The Writ Appeal is closed preserving all contentions of the parties in the Writ Petition.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
